> Wise Ranker is a website audit and analysis service that produces a prioritised PDF report identifying what to fix on a website and why it matters commercially. Wise Ranker crawls the entire target website and analyses it with a panel of **seven specialist AI analysts** (Technical SEO, Content SEO, UX & Conversion, Web Security, Legal & Compliance, Paid Search, plus a senior AI Strategist who synthesises the findings into a single prioritised action list). Every finding includes a plain-English business impact summary and specific developer-ready instructions. The report also carries a deterministic 100+ point Site Health Scorecard covering every checkable item on the site.

The service targets small and medium-sized businesses (UK and USA) who want a professional audit without paying agency retainer fees. There are no subscriptions — customers pay once per report. Jurisdiction is auto-detected: UK-focused sites are checked against UK GDPR / PECR / DMCC Act 2024; US-focused sites are additionally checked against CCPA / CPRA / COPPA / FTC / DMCA requirements.

- **Free automated check** — £0. Fast snapshot at wiseranker.co.uk/free-report — no payment, no account. Covers technical SEO, performance, content, local SEO basics. Delivered by email in ~5 minutes.
- **Standard Report** — **£29.99** one-off. Full 100+ point audit. Automated end-to-end and delivered to the customer's inbox usually within an hour of URL submission. Includes prioritised action list, site health scorecard, and strategic summary.
- **Premium Report** — **£49.99** one-off. Everything in Standard, plus the customer's own data (Google Search Console, GA4, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads CSV exports uploaded via a secure form). Expert manual review layer. Delivered within 24 hours of data upload.
- **Agency subscriptions** (monthly rolling, introductory / founder pricing, launched 2026-08-20):
  - **Small** — **£99/month** — 20 Standard reports/month (£4.95 per report)
  - **Medium** — **£149/month** — 40 Standard reports/month (£3.73 per report)
  - **Large** — **£199/month** — 60 Standard reports/month (£3.32 per report)

## Refund policy

- **Standard tier:** full refund within 7 days if the customer is not satisfied, no questions asked
- **Missed delivery windows:** full refund if the report is not delivered within the applicable window (Standard: 24 hours from URL submission; Premium: 24 hours from data upload)
- **Statutory 14-day cancellation right** applies (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013), waived when the customer submits their URL to begin production
