These terms and conditions govern your use of Wise Ranker's website audit and analysis service. By placing an order you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before purchasing.

The service
Wise Ranker provides a website audit and analysis service. Upon payment you will receive a prioritised PDF report covering technical SEO, content SEO, UX and conversion, and web security — produced by a panel of AI analysts and reviewed by a senior strategist.
Standard reports are delivered to the email address provided at checkout, usually within an hour of receiving your website URL. Premium reports are delivered within 24 hours of receiving your website URL and data file uploads.
Price and payment
Reports are offered in two tiers: Standard at £29.99 and Premium at £49.99. OtterCo Ltd is not currently registered for VAT, so no VAT is charged and the price shown is the total amount payable. Current prices are shown on the homepage. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your payment details.
Each payment covers a single report for a single website. If you wish to audit a different website or request a revised report, a new order is required.
Delivery
After payment you will be asked to provide:
- Your website URL
- Optionally, data exports from Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Microsoft Ads, and/or Bing Webmaster Tools
Standard reports are automated and usually delivered within an hour of URL submission, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Premium reports are reviewed manually during UK business hours (Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm) and delivered within 24 hours of receiving your data files; orders placed outside those hours are picked up at 9am the next working day.
Your authority to submit a website for audit
Our service performs automated crawling, page fetching, security-header probing, structured-data checks, and other non-intrusive technical analysis against whichever URL you submit. By submitting a URL you warrant that one of the following is true:
- You own the domain and the website hosted on it;
- You are an employee, officer, or authorised representative of the entity that owns the domain and website, and you have that entity's authority to commission this audit;
- You have obtained express written permission from the owner of the domain and website to have this audit performed against it, and you can produce that permission on request.
Submitting a URL you are not authorised to have tested may constitute an offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990 or equivalent legislation in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the necessary authority. You agree to indemnify Wise Ranker and OtterCo Ltd against any claim, loss, cost, or liability arising from your submission of a URL in breach of this warranty. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — with or without refund at our discretion — where we have reason to believe this warranty has been breached.
Cancellation rights and refunds
Statutory 14-day cooling-off right. If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of purchase without giving any reason, under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. To cancel before production has begun, email hello@wiseranker.co.uk as soon as possible and we will issue a full refund.
Waiver on URL submission. Because your report is produced specifically for your website, production begins as soon as you submit your website URL via the post-purchase form. By submitting your URL you expressly request that we begin supply immediately and acknowledge that your statutory right to cancel is lost once production has started. If you wish to cancel, do so by email before submitting your URL.
Satisfaction guarantee. If you receive your report and genuinely do not find it useful, email us at hello@wiseranker.co.uk within 7 days of delivery and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked. This is a commercial guarantee we provide above and beyond your statutory rights.
Late or missing delivery. Standard reports are automated and usually arrive within an hour of URL submission. Premium reports are reviewed manually and delivered within 24 hours of receiving your data files. For orders submitted outside of UK business hours (Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm), the 24-hour clock starts at 9am the next working day. If we have missed those windows, email hello@wiseranker.co.uk and we will investigate immediately; if we have genuinely missed the applicable window, we will refund you in full.
Nature of the report
Wise Ranker is an AI-powered service. Reports are produced by a panel of large language model (LLM) AI analysts working from data collected about your website. A senior AI strategist reviews and synthesises their findings before the report is delivered.
AI systems can produce inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading outputs — commonly referred to as hallucinations. Web applications are also highly complex environments, and the interaction between data sources, site configurations, and AI analysis means that not every finding in your report will be correct. You should review all recommendations critically before acting on them.
Wise Ranker reports are advisory in nature. They represent our analysis and recommendations at a point in time, based on the data available. We make no guarantee of specific outcomes — including improvements to search rankings, conversion rates, or revenue — resulting from acting on the report's recommendations.
The report does not constitute professional legal, financial, or regulated technical advice. You are responsible for all decisions made in connection with the report's findings.

Intellectual property
Your report is licensed for your personal or internal business use. You may share it with your employees, contractors, or developer. You may not resell, republish, or redistribute the report or its contents without our written permission.
The Wise Ranker brand, website, and methodology remain our intellectual property.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wise Ranker's total liability to you in connection with any report shall not exceed the amount you actually paid for that report.
We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or business losses arising from use of or reliance on the report.
Because reports are produced using AI and the complexity of web applications means findings cannot be guaranteed to be accurate in every case, we accept no liability for any loss, damage, or cost arising from reliance on incorrect, incomplete, or misleading findings in your report. This includes but is not limited to errors caused by AI hallucinations, data limitations, or misinterpretation of site configuration.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other matter that cannot be excluded by law.
Governing law and dispute resolution
UK customers. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
US customers. If you are a US consumer, some US state consumer protection laws (including in California) may not permit us to require you to litigate exclusively in England and Wales. Where those laws apply and would otherwise be circumvented by the clause above, we will not seek to enforce it against you; you retain any statutory right to bring a claim in the courts of your state of residence, and any such claim will be governed by the law of that state to the extent that state law requires. This does not create any additional right for either party beyond what state law already grants; it acknowledges that we cannot contract out of protections your state gives you.
Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights under UK consumer protection law (for UK customers), US federal or state consumer protection law (for US customers), or your right to complain to a data protection authority as set out in our Privacy Policy.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Changes will not affect orders already placed.
